WOW! I just got back from my sabbatical. I swear I've never been more enlightened in my entire life!
For those who don't know, every seven years I go on a personal journey to seek out Chuck Norris and obtain what tiny portion of his nigh infinite wisdom and power I can. Through these meetings with him, I have learned many things most have not. Most importantly, he has inspired me in a way no other man ever could (Sorry Gai-sensei!).
If you think your brain capable of understanding the myth himself just a little more, I encourage you to share in my scant knowledge of the living legend.

The past two weeks have been insane... Gai-sensei has kept me more than busy with wrestling and swimming on top of my martial arts and conditioning training, not to mention the much dreaded school work. Sadly, the springtime of youth is the ideal time for knowledge as well as energy, and the two don't mix very well. How can I sit there studying and watch precious time slip away that I could be outside? Wait... Study while exercising! That's it! *cheers*
It also turns out that today's my birthday! I've been so busy lately I forgot ^^; Maybe that's why Gai-sensei only made me 250 laps in the pool today... *shrugs* I think I'll celebrate by challenging him to a sparring match! I swear I almost had him last year.
It seems a few other events are happening soon too!
Chess tournament.. well, I'm not much for mind games, but I might go and support everyone. Peers gathering together in mental competition, pitting their wits against an opponent in tactical battle... *grins happily with tears in his eyes* The spirit of youth is displayed once again! I'll definitely be there.
The winter formal is coming up too! Not that I have a date... Everyone will be there! Dancing and talking and enjoying each others company, it'll be great! Mental note: Find something to wear!
The Christmas play is set in a few weeks as well, I can't wait for that one! I wonder if they need help with anything...
Time for Physics and a quick hundred laps around town! *grabs his textbook and runs out* |

I had a wonderful day of training today. TenTen met me out at the grounds, she wanted to work on some hand-to-hand sparring, and I couldn't pass that up *big grin*

I hope she won't be too sore tomorrow though and probably shouldn't tell her I went kinda easy on her... |

| Winter dance |

It appears a school dance will be happeneing soon. Odd that they made it mandatory... though I suppose some of the less social students would refrain from coming. Perhaps I should find a way to ignite their weak sparks of spirit into the roaring flames of youth they should be experiencing?
Although... The display said having a date is preferred... and... I don't have one. That's probably a good thing though. I can't dance. I suppose I could break dance or something, that's just a strange taijutsu. Break dancing in a tuxedo though... *shakes his head* Maybe I'll find another who is dateless, and we may enjoy our night as mutual companions joined in our ongoing quest for female company. Rather have a date though...
Gonna work out with Tenten tomorrow. It seems she's gotten lazy, I'll have to work extra hard to help her train!
